Pizza with Dr. Cornett

Last night Ground floor had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Cornett from the Chemistry department to the basement kitchen for handmade pizza. He had mentioned in class how he makes great pizza and he was not lying. The crust was awesome and the pizzas tasted fantastic. He made five pizzas in total and when the six us from ground floor couldn’t finish them, we opened it to the hall and the pizzas were gone in minutes. It was a fun night of pizza and talking.

International Night Dinner

Thanks to the International Club on campus for putting on a wonderful evening. It was a night full of great culture, education, and fun. A group of us went and enjoyed all the unique cultural experiences, and had a chance to see several professors and friends represent there own cultures. Shout out to professor Louis Nzegwu for showing of his traditional clothing and feather hat. It was a great evening and we plan on going back, thanks to the people who all came with from ground floor and the rest.

Waffles with a Professor

Thank you to K-12 house for hosting waffles with a professor. Special thanks to Dale Henze for coming and hanging out with us. It was a fun time hearing stories and having questions answered by someone who has experienced many of the things well be going into. Kody and I from ground floor made had a blast. Looking forward to entering into this field with people such as professor Henze and my wing mate Kody.
